We show up on time, load everything that needs to go, and clear the area clean. You don't lift a finger unless you want to.
All material is taken to the appropriate disposal facility — green waste, soil, and cleanable material handled responsibly.
We handle yard debris, green waste, branches, leaves, soil, gravel, old sod, and general cleanup material. For post-renovation jobs we can take most construction waste — call first if you have treated wood, asphalt, or materials that might need special handling. When in doubt, just ask.
Pricing is based on load size and material type. A single-load run for standard yard debris typically starts around $150–$250. Multiple loads for large cleanups are priced per load. We give you a clear price before we start — call (250) 307-9220 and we can usually quote you over the phone.
Most Kelowna jobs are booked within the same week, often within 2–3 days. During spring and fall cleanup season, a few days notice is recommended. For urgent small loads, call us — we sometimes have same-day availability.
We do the loading — that's included. If material is already piled and easy to access, the job goes faster. But if you need help clearing and loading from around the property, we handle it. Just let us know when you book.
